About FlowState (light)

The light tier covers a simple framework for getting into flow state through self-talk and awareness.^[1] It also teaches how to get scouted, reach main camps and use leverage to win training camp invitations or free main camp places, and how a player can act as their own agent in junior hockey.^[1] Members may get the chance of a free call with the group owner.^[1]

On the TopG Hockey site, players fill out a quiz to see whether they qualify for a call with Cheremeta, and a parent must be present on that call.^[2] The site states that "results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors."^[2]
