The program rests on five areas: Breen's technical system for ball mastery, first touch, dribbling and passing; football IQ and match decisions; Rojas's strength and diet system; mentality; and a guide to winning trials and moving up levels.[1][2] Members also get weekly live coaching, one-to-one support, challenges and feedback.[1] The program's sales page sets five individual sessions a week and lists nutrition plans, an athleticism guide, a recovery guide and a guide to trial days among its contents.[2]
A linked YouTube channel aimed at young footballers covers technique, football IQ, confidence and athleticism.[3] The Skool listing carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, and the sales page states that results are not guaranteed.[1][2]
