About ⚽️ The Female Footballers Club

Members start with the 7-Day Player Upgrade Course and then follow a 6-Month Development Pathway, backed by a library the club puts at more than 200 drills and workouts.[1] The club also runs testing and benchmarks, keeps replays of coaching calls, offers performance nutrition support and reviews members' games and training.[1] Membership opens with a seven-day free trial.[1] A member who finishes the first 30 days without feeling stronger, faster or more confident on the ball is offered 12 free weeks in the coach's one-to-one online coaching program.[1]

The 200th Matildas cap cited by the coach is the same milestone the EC Advantage Soccer Academy credits to its owner, Emily Condon.[2] An October 2024 profile reported that Condon, then entering her 11th season at Adelaide United, started EC Advantage after seeing a gap for female-specific one-on-one training for young players.[3] The business coaches young female footballers in small groups or individually, in person or online, on technique, strength, conditioning and mindset.[2][3] It also has an app with football programs for every position from striker to goalkeeper.[2] Condon tells her story in a book, Don't Kick It to the Girl.[3]
