About GLP1 Weight Loss that Lasts

Each month is built around a single four-week challenge that members tackle together, and the theme the group promoted in September 2026 was Protein Without Perfection.[1] Live coaching calls run every two weeks, new members get a 15-minute welcome session every Monday, and monthly workouts come in home and gym versions.[1] Members can also contact the coach between calls.[1] A reference library holds a plateau breaker blueprint, Costco and grocery guides, a 200-page GLP-1 bundle, recipes and trackers, opening up as members take part.[1]

Joanne's website, glp1transformationlab.com, also sells the GLP-1 Transformation Bundle, five digital guides on high-protein recipes, meal planning, protein and nutrition, getting started, and strength and movement.[2] As of September 2026, the bundle was a one-time purchase with no subscription.[2] The site states: "It is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional."[2] It adds that individual results vary and that the bundle does not guarantee specific outcomes.[2]
