About Play Free Inner Circle

The community is open to the curious, while athletes wanting more are pointed to a one-on-one call, after which the coach recommends private coaching or the paid Inner Circle group.[1] Most clients are aged 13 or over, from high school to the pro level, and while basketball is the main sport, the tools are presented as working for others too.[3] The work is described as mental performance coaching rather than psychotherapy or mental health treatment, with a licensed therapist recommended alongside it where clinical support is needed.[3]

The coaching page lists him as Director of Mental Performance for the Vancouver Bandits of the CEBL, after just under ten years coaching men's and women's college and university basketball.[3] In 2024 the role with the Bandits was described as mindfulness and player development coach, with routines built on seated deep breathing.[2]
