About Vegan Squad Community

Members get high-protein vegan meal plans, recipes and macro guides, and training programs aimed at fat loss, strength and muscle.[1] The group also offers yoga, meditation, journaling and somatic exercises, courses on nutrition, hormones and habits, and weekly live coaching.[1][3] Each member has an onboarding call to tailor a plan, and the coaching site describes the Skool group as the place for daily accountability, challenges and member chat.[1][3]

Vegan Squad Coaching also sells personalised one-to-one coaching, and a separate TheBodybuildingVegan site takes applications for vegan bodybuilding coaching and offers a set of more than 30 recipes.[4][5] The brand runs a six-week plant-based challenge and a four-day in-person retreat, and Thomas co-hosts the Vegan Squad Pod, a podcast on leadership, speaking up and animal activism.[2][3]

The coaching site's refund terms cover members who fully commit, follow their coach and complete the agreed programme without measurable progress.[3]
