About Swimpros 🏊

Members get a race-day mental protocol used at the Swimpros camps, the No-Nag Method aimed at ending the phone fight, live workshops with Karasek, and guidance on what parents should say before a race and during the ride home.[1] Group members also get first access to the 10-day Tenerife camps.[1]

The camps are run by Swimpros GmbH, a limited liability company listed in the commercial register of the Swiss canton of ZΓΌrich.[2] They take swimmers aged 8 to 20 in Tenerife and Mallorca, split into a junior group for ages 8 to 12 and an older group for ages 13 to 20.[3] The older group has two training sessions daily with Olympians on deck, plus the flume channel and a confidence session each day, and each 10-day camp is followed by a 90-day Game Plan.[3] The coaching roster includes Olympic medallist Milorad ČaviΔ‡ and hydrodynamics coach Peter Mankoč, and the company also runs a year-round online mental-performance program.[2]

Karasek's YouTube channel lists a background as a sports psychologist, a former Olympic swimmer at London 2012 in the 200m IM and a Swiss national record holder.[4] The channel covers race-day problems including swim meet nerves, pre-race anxiety, confidence, focus and mental toughness.[4]
