About Stronger Through Menopause

The group describes its coaching as evidence-based fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching for health in midlife and later.[1] Free members get resources, coaching opportunities and monthly challenges.[1] A second, paid tier adds accountability, workshops, individual coaching, and workouts with Amy held in person and live online.[1]

Evolve Fitness runs gyms in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Truro, with training aimed at strength, stamina and longevity.[2] Its coaching offers include one-on-one fat loss coaching, a Fat Loss Academy and menopause coaching, and it runs a class called Fitness Forever for people aged 50 and over.[2]
