About Flow School

Lessons cover fascia-friendly training, mobility, strength, regulation and expressive movement, drawing on physical therapy, biomechanics and breathwork.^[1] Foundational content is available, with more lessons, conversations and guest contributions to follow.^[1]

Cannon, formerly CGO at Jamstik, holds coaching titles in fascial work from Human Garage and the Fascia Training Academy.^[3] In 2025 he finished the Flow Bands beta phase and took the product public through Kickstarter.^[3] The bands carry a 60-day money-back guarantee, and any that fail within the first year are replaced.^[2]
