About The Happiness Blueprint

Joining gives access to the community, direct messages with Coulter and a short starter course, which the group calls a seven-day healing roadmap and Coulter's site calls the 7 Day Reset.[1][2] The paid track adds a full course on trauma patterns, nervous system regulation and rebuilding, continuing coaching and a private group for fellow high performers, all built on a 90-day framework, with check-ins at regular points.[2] Coulter's 30-Day Micro-Habit Framework spends its first week on noticing an automatic response, its second on interrupting it, and its third and fourth on replacing it.[2]

Coulter's site describes the work as practical, habit-based coaching and states: "I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a replacement for one. If you need clinical support, I'll point you toward it."[2] Coulter also commits to keep working with a client for free until the coaching makes a difference.[2]
