About Weight Cut Academy

Members get two courses, Weight Cutting 101 and Performance Nutrition Basics, along with live coaching calls.[1] Ness Nutrition positions the academy as the route for fighters who want its system and education but not full 1:1 coaching, with step-by-step modules, calculators, templates, grocery lists, community Q&A calls and contact with other fighters following the system.[2] Membership can be cancelled at any time.[2]

Ness Nutrition LLC puts together personalised systems covering nutrition, the weight cut and rehydration for athletes heading into competition in MMA, boxing, BJJ and wrestling.[2] Its other offers are 1:1 Fight Camp Coaching from camp through weigh-in, a 12-week Lifestyle Coaching program for hobbyist martial artists, and a Weight Cut Plan Consult Call, which as of September 2026 cost $149 for 60 minutes.[2]
