About Rooted Alchemy Tai Ji & Qigong

New members begin with a 7-Day Beginner Challenge, then move through step-by-step Tai Chi and Qigong courses, advanced Tai Chi training and an archive of recorded live sessions.[2] Live sessions run four times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with real-time Q&A and community support.[2] Bonus trainings range from seated practice and Chair Yoga to the 8 Pieces of Brocade, the Beijing 24 Form and Bagua Zhang.[2]

Beyond the group, the brand produces online content, community workshops and movement-based wellness events with a small team.[1] Its online shop sells a Tai Chi Stick training tool and made-to-order apparel fulfilled by Tapstitch.[3] The brand says Mannon has practised the internal arts for more than 20 years.[1]

Membership starts with a 7-day free trial and carries a 100% money-back guarantee, and annual subscribers save 50%.[2]
