About The Free Man

The owner also runs YoGeek Yoga & PT, a yoga and personal training business working online and in person, whose site describes men's yoga and men's groups under The Free Man name.[2] YoGeek teaches vinyasa yoga fundamentals ahead of group classes, yin yoga and yoga nidra for the nervous system, and one-to-one sessions.[2] On YouTube the owner lists the roles of yoga instructor, personal trainer, mindset coach, meditation facilitator and permaculture designer, and posts on building strength and flexibility of mind and body.[3] A second channel under the YoGeek Yoga name centres on changing everyday habits.[4]
