About Land - Return Home Collective

Members meet for a live practice once a month, with replays kept to watch later.[1] Between sessions there is a growing library of short somatic practices, breathwork and explainers on the nervous system.[1] The classroom also holds two self-paced programs, 7 Days to Return Home and Awakening the Practice.[1]

Nadi is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP yoga teacher who also leads 200-hour teacher trainings, workshops and retreats, and the YouTube channel that links to Land offers gentle somatic yoga and breathwork practices.[2][3] Nadi's website, nadiyoga.online, also offers LIVING YOGA, a 12-week mentorship program for yoga teachers that counts toward 15 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Hours.[2][4] Its guided 1:1 tier includes three private 60-minute sessions with Nadi, and a fuller tier adds six mentor sessions and three 90-minute private practices.[4]
