About Whelton Methods® Free Group

Whelton Methods® is a set of clinical methods and protocols Whelton developed for the root causes of conditions that rehabilitation professionals treat.[2] Its paid courses are open only to licensed healthcare professionals and teach hands-on manual techniques and protocols for clinical settings.[3] Online in-depth myofascial courses cover body regions such as the lumbar spine, shoulder and knee, combine lectures and lab sessions with about 1,000 pages of anatomical maps, and issue continuing education units on completion.[2] Other offerings include an introductory shoulder course, a sciatica and cervical radiculopathy course, and the VIP Inner Circle, a private Facebook group with a monthly technique video.[3][4] Whelton also owns Sport and Spine Physical Therapy and Wellness Center.[2]
