About The Metabolic Reset Community

The lessons cover the fundamentals of metabolic health, energy and sustainable weight loss.[1] New members are pointed to a free Metabolic Pattern Assessment with five patterns: blood sugar, stress and cortisol, thyroid, gut dysfunction, and inflammation and hormones.[1] The group states that the assessment is educational only and not a medical diagnosis.[1]

Discover Wellness offers functional nutrition, and its functional wellness process starts with a review of medical history and a physical examination.[3] The practice presents this as a way to find the root causes of complex health issues, and offers a free 15-minute discovery call.[3]
