About strIQ Squad
The group runs weekly live events, including Q&A calls and expert-led training, and members post active deals for feedback in what it calls Real Deal Breakdowns.[1] An education library covers markets, tax strategy and deal analysis, and the group links to a free tax savings calculator on the strIQ site.[1] The discussion space mixes beginners with experienced investors, and joining requires no credit card.[1]
The paid strIQ platform brings MLS listings, STR performance data and investment metrics into one interface.[3] It is split into two core products: an Acquisition Tool, which pairs MLS listings with projected performance data, and an Optimization Tool.[3] An in-app deal assistant, strIQ AI Chat, sits inside the platform, which is aimed at investors, agents, lenders and property managers.[2] The brand also runs a YouTube channel under the tagline "STR Investment Intelligence", while Sanderson, a real estate broker and STR investor, keeps a personal YouTube channel about STR investing.[4][5]
As of September 2026, strIQ Membership cost $299 a month, cancel anytime, or $2,500 a year, and both options included full platform access, a members-only community, live training and the Trusted Expert Network.[2] Paid membership carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, with refunds requested by email within 14 days.[2]
