Agent Freedom Collective is a Skool community for real estate agents, founded by Lars Hedenborg, a business coach for agents and the author of The Freedom Driven Agent.[1][2] The collective describes itself as both a community and an operating environment for agents whose businesses are built on the eXp Realty platform.[3] The Skool group was created in January 2025.[1]

About Agent Freedom Collective

The collective is organised around Agent Freedom OS, which it splits into three integrated systems.[3] Production OS covers repeatable lead generation and sales systems, Attraction OS covers Revenue Share, which the collective says should be led by value rather than recruiting pressure, and Freedom OS covers priorities, operating rhythms and disciplined execution.[3] Around that framework, agents get coaching, training and tools, plus support with implementation, accountability and a community.[3] Live coaching focuses on production, attraction and freedom, while live training covers the systems and skills agents are currently implementing.[3] On Skool, members are pointed to a free weekly training and a library of past trainings.[1]

Hedenborg's YouTube channel covers building a real estate business that serves an agent's life through systems, leadership and leverage, and it points viewers to AgentFreedomOS.com.[2] His book lays out many of the principles on which Agent Freedom OS was later built, and it is offered at no cost.[3] He closed his paid coaching company in December 2025.[3] He says he spent 13 years selling real estate and more than ten years helping agents build their businesses.[1]
