About Airbnb Launch

Members bring their own rental listing and work on it with the team: new titles and descriptions, pricing checked against comparable properties, design and wallpaper ideas for the space, and shot lists for photos.^[1] Ten courses also cover guest messaging, cleaning, turnovers and reviews.^[1] New members get a free live review of their listing, scheduled within 48 hours of joining, and operators answer questions in the group every day.^[1] Membership can be cancelled at any time.^[1]

Jayz Stays was founded by Ryan and Jireh and started in 2022 by managing a rental property of their own.^[2] The firm sets up and manages listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and Google Vacation Rentals, plus its own direct booking website, and offers design and furnishing work priced by scope.^[2]^[3] Its design process runs from market and listing analysis through a design concept and sourcing to final preparation for photography and launch.^[4] As of September 2026, the firm also offered a consultation of two one-hour calls on strategy, pricing, guest experience and design.^[3]
