About SAVI Coaching Courses

New members start by taking a coach personality test.[1] The classroom holds free resources for coaches and sells paid systems, among them the LockLeft Defensive System, the Race and Space Offensive System, The Rose Series Mini Course and The SAVI Shooting System.[1] The Skool group is not the full membership, which is the SAVI Basketball Membership on savicoach.com.[1] That membership includes every course and system, the full SAVI Drill Book, weekly live calls with the SAVI team, film breakdowns of a member's team and monthly deep dives.[3] As of September 2026, the Standard plan cost $97 a month, Premium cost $997 a year and added weekly custom film breakdowns and two weekly live consulting calls, and VIP cost $4,997 a year or $497 a month, with unlimited staff logins on the annual VIP plan.[3]

Coston spent 13 years as Director of Basketball Development at PGC Basketball, and in 2007 he took an assistant coaching post at Portland State University.[2][4] The SAVI team also includes Mark Cascio as Director of Coach Development, Clare Murphy as Director of Operations and Mike Carlson, a 10-year pro, as Director of Player Development.[2] In a podcast interview that introduced him as the founder of Savi Performance, Coston discussed teaching shooting to beginners, action-based player development and Lock Left Defense.[4] The group owner's Skool bio also lists That Pickleball School and SAVI Prep.[1]

Every SAVI Basketball plan starts with a 7-day free trial, carries a 30-day money-back guarantee and can be cancelled anytime.[3]
