About Land Closers Academy

The free group includes a beginner sales course, closer scripts written for land investors, a community of land investors and an objection-handling guide.[1] Members who want more training and support can describe their land business through a discovery form.[1]

The academy's own website describes further coaching, with weekly live sessions in which Sharma reviews real acquisition calls.[2] Its framework library covers ADEQ, 8-Step Negotiation, Stop Getting Ghosted and the Closer Pivot Principle, and each framework is paired with live examples, talk tracks written out word for word, and scripts kept up to date.[2] An Inner Circle Community brings land operators together to share deals and call breakdowns, and Sharma admits only a limited intake of new Inner Circle members every month.[2]

Land Closers Academy also has a YouTube channel for land investors, covering negotiation frameworks and how to handle objections about price, timing and partners.[3] The channel also carries The Closers Podcast, which interviews entrepreneurs and business leaders both within land investing and beyond it.[3] The website states that individual results depend on each person's experience and effort, on market conditions and on implementation, and that Land Closers Academy offers no guarantee of a particular deal volume, revenue or business result.[2]
