Passive Prospecting Community is the Skool group of Passive Prospecting, a business that teaches real estate agents to generate leads through YouTube.^[1]^[2] Created in December 2022, the group is signed by Levi, Travis, Krissy and team, and gives its purpose as educating, empowering and amplifying the entrepreneur's voice through video.^[3] Its mascot is a tortoise named Pete the Passive Prospector, a nod to the view that YouTube is a marathon, not a sprint.^[3] Levi Lascsak, a real estate agent and video creator, co-founded Passive Prospecting; he released his first YouTube video in December 2020 as a new agent and later partnered with Travis Plumb.^[2]^[4]

About Passive Prospecting Community

The group is part of a paid membership taught by Lascsak, Plumb and Krissy Owens, which adds weekly live VIP Q&A sessions, community calls on Zoom every Tuesday and a monthly two-day virtual event called The Backstage Pass.^[5] Its course modules run from foundations and building a brand channel through video creation, production and short-form video to TubeBuddy, AI for YouTube and Google Business Profile optimisation, around a three-step framework called AEC (Attract, Engage, Convert).^[5]

Passiveprospecting.com also sells separate courses on starting a YouTube channel for buyer leads or for seller leads, a channel audit service and a book titled Passive Prospecting.^[6] Lascsak and Owens host a podcast, YouTube For Real Estate, and the business invites agents to partner with it at the eXp Realty brokerage.^[1]^[2] A December 2023 podcast episode on realestaterockstarsnetwork.com featured Lascsak on interruption versus intention-based marketing and turning channel viewers into referrals.^[4]

As of September 2026 the membership was free for seven days, then $97 a month, and could be cancelled at any time.^[5] The sales page, run by Passive Prospecting LLC, says the business cannot guarantee any specific results from the community.^[5]
