About Inbound & Remote Sales Jobs

Members also get access to ORA's free job board, which lists commission-based inbound closing, account executive and appointment-setting roles with high-ticket remote companies.[1][2] ORA recruits for online coaches, consultants, marketing agencies and software (SaaS) companies, among others, and has partnered with the founder of an AI agency to offer automation services.[3] Its recruitment services, including the job board, interview scheduling and coaching, are free for reps, and ORA is paid by the businesses it recruits for when a rep is hired.[2] ORA states that it does not sell training to reps.[2]

The company trades as Optimal Recruitment & Automation LLC, and its terms are governed by the laws of Florida.[2] Those terms say ORA makes no guarantee that any company will hire a rep, and that reps who are hired through ORA without informing it are blacklisted from its future recruitment services.[2] For hiring businesses, fees are non-refundable unless ORA is found to be in breach of contract, and a 60-Day Placement Protection gives limited replacement or placement-credit cover for qualifying separations.[2]
