About Bolsa de Trabajo - Growing

Growing's appointment-setting program, Growing Setters 3.0, was credited to Agus Nievas on a 2024 page at growingsetters.com.[2] It had more than 30 hours of content in six phases, covering the stages of a sales conversation, objection handling and tools used in digital businesses.[2] The program added a 6-week intensive coaching program, weekly group calls with coaches for five weeks and lifetime access to a community called the Growineta.[2] The page presented the job board as part of the program, saying the team would pass on openings and place students with companies already looking for appointment setters.[2] That edition had closed to new sign-ups when the page was read; it stated that students unhappy within the first seven days could cancel.[2]

A promotional article on cronista.com says Nievas built the company by adapting the approach of US pioneers in the field to the LATAM market, and that Growing offers appointment-setting services as well as training.[3] A YouTube channel linked to the operator gives its purpose as showing that education can change a person's life.[4]
