About My Sales Manager

It covers three parts of a sales operation: setters who contact leads quickly and fill the calendar, closers who follow a set process, and a manager cadence of huddles, KPIs, call reviews and dashboards.[1] New members begin in a "Start Here" section.[1]

Guided Growth works in sales training, founder-level sales consulting, and CRM build-out and implementation, mainly for online businesses selling education products such as courses.[3] Its consulting centres on a program called Sales Breakthrough, and it offers a free Sales Performance Diagnostic Call.[2][3] The company's site says Kayani came from a sales career at Virgin Active and the English Institute of Sport.[3] The group's YouTube channel covers building sales teams for online founders.[4]

Guided Growth states that it does not sell a business opportunity or a "get rich quick" program, makes no earnings claims, and that results vary with individual effort, time and skill.[2]
