About The Loan Consultant Network

TCW Capital Finance is a commercial financing company led by Wyatt as founder and CEO, and it serves commercial real estate and residential investment transactions nationwide.[2] Through its referral program, the company asks CPAs, brokers, business advisors, loan consultants and real estate professionals to send it business and commercial financing deals, and a second, business-purpose HELOC program for affiliates and referrals covers partners who introduce eligible property owners and investors.[2]

TCW states that making a referral only introduces a deal and does not promise financing, and that every opportunity still has to pass review, underwriting and due diligence, meet the financing provider's requirements, and receive final approval.[2] It adds: "A referral does not guarantee financing, approval, terms or compensation."[2]
