About Unlimited Ascent

Members work through six themes, from The Breaking Point and Sitting in Silence (staying with pain rather than fleeing it) to Emotional Freedom (letting go of rage and shame), Rediscovering Identity, Unlearning the Lies (undoing old conditioning to recover the truth) and Purpose After Pain.^[1]

Carson founded Enhanced Flow The Company and the Unlimited Podcast.^[2] Enhanced Flow is described as a movement that helps people rebuild their lives by bringing mind, body and soul into alignment, and its mission is to lead people through recovery from trauma, emotional empowerment and spiritual alignment by way of courses, events, media and community.^[2] Two methods are named on her site as her signature ones: The Mirror Method and The 7-Step Healing Method.^[2] In 2026 she set up The Unlimited Life Foundation, a non-profit that provides therapy for trauma recovery.^[2] The podcast, UNLIMITED with Elisabeth Carson, covers spirituality, healing, shadow work, emotional resilience and trauma recovery, and its guests range from mystics to doctors.^[3] As of September 2026, a guest feature on the podcast cost $1,000.^[2]
