SWM Academy is a swimming coaching community on Skool run by the Olympic champion Jack McMillan, for swimmers, swim parents and masters swimmers.^[1]^[2] The group was created in April 2024 and is free to join.^[1] It is built to work alongside a swimmer's club training, with no extra pool time and no change of coach, and the academy's website pitches it at competitive swimmers aged 11 to 35.^[1]^[2]

About SWM (FREE)

The core program is the 5-Pillar Olympic Accelerator, which is added to a swimmer's current club training.^[1] Members get technical video analysis of their stroke, turns and dives, mindset and race strategy frameworks, and land training and S&C programming.^[1] McMillan and fellow Olympian Joe Litchfield run live coaching calls twice a week, Special Guest Sundays bring in Olympic athletes, coaches and specialists, and a Parents Corner helps parents support their swimmer.^[1]

As of September 2026, the academy's website listed a Standard plan at $39 a month, with a 6-Week Program on technique, race confidence and mental skills and one weekly live group call with McMillan.^[2] The site lists Premium at $199 a month, extending this to a 12-Week Program with three weekly group calls and expert calls with a sports psychologist, nutritionist and S&C coach, and VIP at $699 a month with direct 1-1 support from McMillan.^[2] A separate training site advertises an in-person week of twice-daily sessions in an Olympic-grade pool with a 4-star hotel five minutes away, underwater video stroke analysis and a personalised race plan, open to swimmers aged 18 or over.^[3]

The paid plans carry no contracts and can be cancelled at any time.^[2]
