The system includes the Legacy Body digital book, which the site calls the doctrine behind the system, and the Ripped Grandpa Method App.^[2] Its parts include Legacy Fuel, an approach to eating without dieting; Legacy Training, the four-hour weekly standard; and a Physical Authority Scorecard that takes five minutes a night.^[2]
