About THE PRO FORMULA🧪⚽️

Membership covers the brand's training guides, among them a Footballer Nutrition Guide, a Fascia & GOATA Training Guide, a Football Psychology Guide, an INSTINCT Training Guide and a Flow State Guide.[1] A 6-Week Challenge rewards participants with prizes such as free football kits and gift cards.[1] Members also get daily member-only training videos and articles, Q&A sessions that the group says are led by Instinct Footy's professional footballers, and player evaluations in which they submit highlights for review by the team and other footballers.[1] The group is also meant to keep members accountable alongside footballers who share the same goal.[1]

Instinct Footy's Canva site sets out THE PRO FORMULA as a course of 3 modules, 10 formula chapters and more than 150 pages with videos, training sessions, lessons and weekly plans.[3] The modules are The Foundation, The Rebirth and The Ascension, and the first covers reverse-engineering, nutrition, instinct training, mentality development and lifestyle.[3] Other chapters break down how great footballers play in fine detail and set out a Double R program of myofascial and GOATA training.[3] The brand calls its own training method IDP training, aimed at developing what it terms an instinct-driven player.[3]
