About TappBrothers Fitness Academy

Membership gives access to all of the Tapp Brothers' programs, covering strength, mobility, calisthenics and fat loss.[1] The training targets functional strength, mobility and stiff joints, needs no gym, and runs in sessions of 30 minutes or less.[1]

The Tapp Brothers website, under the tagline "Move Better, Feel Better", lists separate named programs.[2] Primal Movement 101 is an introduction to primal movement aimed at posture, core strength and coordination, and Primal Fitness is an intermediate primal movement course done at home without weights.[3] Double Your Flexibility consists of stretching routines of 6 to 30 minutes a day.[3]
