About Feminine & Fit Collective

Its centrepiece is a 14-Day Sugar Detox Challenge, which the group says is designed to cut cravings and teach members to eat without feeling deprived.[1] Members also get tips on nutrition, fitness and mindset, meal ideas, habit hacks and material on hormone regulation, along with group challenges and accountability.[1] The group also offers a free consult with a member of the Lovestfit team.[1]

Lovestfit combines fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching, and sells bootcamp programs, holistic nutrition coaching and one-on-one personal coaching.[2] Lovest's own coaching with women covers building shape, pelvic floor training, nutrition gaps, proper form and new eating habits.[2] The linked YouTube channel centres on training the mind first in order to adopt new habits and routines.[3]
