GymMembersNow's website names the business entity as JMAR LLC.^[2] The founders are Andy Gundlach, Jacob Middleton and Michael Vissing, with Mackey Middleton as CEO and Bradley Dean as head of marketing.^[2] Jacob Middleton and Michael Vissing handle client acquisition, including building offers and generating leads, while Gundlach handles operations.^[3] The agency offers six systems: AI remarketing, AI Google reviews and SEO optimization, lead generation and paid advertising under the name Decagon Matrix, AI lead nurturing, an AI receptionist, and gym coaching and consulting.^[3]

The agency does not publish standard pricing and scopes each engagement to the individual gym.^[3]
