About Success with Listings Academy

The academy holds the Success with Listings curriculum, frameworks for listing presentations, and methods for attracting sellers.[1] It is aimed at agents who want to stop chasing buyers and build a business around listings.[1] On YouTube, Williams teaches a three-step method he calls Rebuild, Generate, Scale.[3]

Williams also founded Mentorship Masters at eXp Realty.[4] His programs include The Business Reboot, a six-month accelerator for established agents with live coaching, short weekly lessons, an accountability partner, a private WhatsApp room and two in-person events a year.[2] He holds online trainings on the first and third Thursday of each month and offers a free 12-minute masterclass on whyagentsstaystuck.com.[2][5] Williams says he has written nine books, among them Success With Listings and 3 Hours a Day, published by McGraw Hill.[2]
