About Embroidery Legacy Software Hub

Members get software support, project ideas, training, updates and live Q&A sessions, and can connect with other embroiderers who use the program.[1] Embroiderers who do not yet own the software are pointed to a free downloadable demo.[1]

Embroidery Legacy's products include Legacy Digitizing Software, the Design Doodler program for drawing and tracing custom designs, and a Fun Effects Course covering 14 embroidery techniques.[2] The company also sells a membership with access to 30,000 designs, tutorials, weekly design releases and training.[2] On YouTube, the brand describes itself as a team of machine embroidery enthusiasts focused on digitizing education.[3]

The business began as a Schiffli loom factory producing patches and lace for North America's bridal industry.[4] In the mid-1990s it became a commercial digitizing production house called Punch Perfect, and it later turned to home embroiderers as John Deer's Adorable Ideas, running live embroidery events in several countries.[4] John Deer is the company's CEO, and the company credits the CEO's work with 30 awards.[4] Today the company trades as Embroidery Legacy, selling embroidery designs, software, education and live events.[4]
