About Project Bellplex: Kettlebells

Training follows a set plan, with members pressing play on follow-along sessions rather than choosing their own workouts.[1] The workouts are described as joint-friendly, with mobility built in, and scale to fit limited space at home.[1] The program runs in six-week cycles.[1]

Damiano's site offers a free download of 20 kettlebell complexes, short scalable workouts in which each exercise is taught and the sets and rest periods are laid out.[2] On YouTube, Damiano presents as the "kettlebell guy", publishing workouts designed for home with minimal space and gear and no gym required.[3] The channel's stated focus is longevity and functionality.[3]
