Coherence is a breathwork community on Skool, created in November 2025, whose members breathe in sync together for what the group describes as healing the planet and lifting collective consciousness.^[1] The listing gives the group's purpose as bringing humanity into sync through breath, and frames the practice as a way of regulating the earth's nervous system through coherence centred on the heart.^[1] Its owner, Nick, states a mission of uniting the world through breath and unconditional love.^[1]

About Coherence

Membership includes daily Global Syncs, a 7-Day Coherence Breathing Course, a facilitator qualification and a worldwide community.^[1] The group aims to begin with 1,000 people breathing together and grow to a million and more, and describes its goal as the largest synchronized breathing event ever held.^[1]

The linked YouTube channel sets out to help people harness their breath and unleash its power, and grew out of breathwork content made so that others could learn about it.^[2] It points viewers to a breathwork app, also called Coherence, for the full library; the app is presented as a tool that coaches users through breathwork, whose mission is to create the world's largest simultaneous meditations.^[2] A newsletter titled High Performance Breathwork, published under the name Nick Sweeney, covers advanced breathwork techniques, a weekly look at regulating the nervous system, performance strategies for entrepreneurs and athletes, and early news of the Coherence app.^[3]
