About Ancestral Community + Course

The course covers Ancestral 101, on the fundamentals of ancestral eating; Primal Mind, on mindset; and Ancestral Living, on sleep, light and low-tox living.[1] As of September 2026, the listing described an eight-week programme, The 8-Week Ancestral Method, as coming soon.[1]

The coaching business behind the group, BHUMAN, was founded by Lachy Oliver and offers personalised ancestral coaching, which the site says is designed to restore gut health and support sustainable fat loss.[2] Coaching blends ancestral principles with modern science into a personalised nutrition and training plan, with weekly check-ins and adjustments, and clients can take training and nutrition together or nutrition only.[2] The site lists Oliver as a personal trainer and nutrition and health coach, and the team also includes Kyle, a fat loss and performance coach.[2]
