About Underwave Training

Members follow one of two paths: training in the method themselves, or learning to teach it.[1] Surf breathing and breath-hold courses each come with a 4-week plan.[1] A 1:1 tier with Carrara adds a personalized 8-week plan and the Underwave Diagnostic™, and instructors can take 1:1 mentorship with Augusto to grow their coaching.[1]

On the Underwave site, the instructor program is delivered fully online, with mentorship and application in real settings.[2] As of September 2026, the site listed Underwave NIVEL 1 at $450, INSTRUCTOR PRO at $800 with more than 80 training videos across levels 1 and 2, and MENTORÍA UNDERWAVE, six months of mentorship with Augusto, at $2000.[2] Carrara lists roles as a Molchanovs W2 freediving instructor, a Survival Apnea instructor and an XPT Performance Breath Coach.[2]
