The operator's paid coaching business offers The Faster After 40 Framework, a 1-on-1 sports science program for established men's league players over 40.[2] It is built on three 60-minute sessions a week, with isometric loading for joints and tendons, hockey-specific conditioning, and weekly check-ins with video feedback.[2] The program is presented as requiring a serious financial and energetic investment.[2]
