About DY Salsa Academy

Classes are organised one skill at a time: body movement, footwork, spins and styling.[2] Members get live and recorded classes every week, plus skill libraries for spins, body movement, footwork, styling, Afro-Cuban, rumba and partnerwork, as well as masterclasses.[1][2] About 90% of the training is solo, and the curriculum starts from the basic step, timing and body movement before building level by level.[1]

Monthly members unlock 4 new classes a month, while the yearly pass opens the whole library at once, adds bonus libraries and includes a rewards program whose engagement levels come with prizes.[1] There is no contract: members can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period, and the yearly pass renews each year unless cancelled.[1] A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the yearly pass only.[2] The Skool group was created in June 2024.[2]
