About CPL Student Pilots

ExamRevolution runs ground school online for pilots in South Africa, teaching SACAA theory at every level from PPL up to CPL, IR and ATPL.[2] It teaches through practice quizzes, video lessons, internal mock assessments and Quick Reference Notes, and an instructor takes each subject in turn on video.[2][3] The CPL course for aeroplane and helicopter runs 6 months, and the Instrument Rating course runs 8 weeks.[2] Its student community lets learners ask a question at any hour, with instructors and fellow pilots answering in searchable threads.[2] Students receive a Theoretical Training Completion Confirmation for each subject, issued from their verified student record.[2]

Rotary Airforce SA (Pty) Ltd, known as RAFSA, operates and controls ExamRevolution, which states that it is not a separate ATO.[3]
