About The Training Stimulus

The brand's method is aimed at coaches, PTs, physios, osteos and chiros, who learn to identify which muscle imbalance lies behind a problem and then correct it in a way that stays stable once load is applied.[3] Its Muscle Imbalance Assessment works through stability, mobility and motor control across all three planes, followed by corrective exercise designed for the individual.[3] The paid Movement Mechanics Mentorship is a six to twelve month programme in five phases (principles, assessment, correction, embedding and mastery), in which participants apply the framework to their own clients and submit real assessments for marking.[3] Intake is capped, and a money-back guarantee covers the result.[3]

An author profile for Grossmann says he runs the Training Stimulus, works with CrossFit Games athletes and is head of education for Gymbox gyms.[4] The brand's site carries a copyright notice from 2021.[2]
