Breaking Foundations is a free Skool community that teaches beginners breaking, or break dance, in a safe and structured way.[1] It is run by breaking coach Honza Pentifull and was created in December 2025.[1][2] Pentifull cites more than 20 years of experience, over 15 years of teaching and a world finals appearance in 2013.[2]

About Breaking Foundations

Members follow the 90-Day Roadmap, a 12-week beginner path meant to take them from a first step to a battle-ready combo.[1] The group also offers mobility drills for injury prevention and a step-by-step library of lessons on toprock, footwork and freezes.[1] Members post their progress for community feedback, and Pentifull's YouTube channel points to the group for structured lessons, progressions, feedback and support.[1][2]

Pentifull is also head coach of Prague Breakin School, a specialised breaking club that Pentifull has led with a team for more than 10 years.[3] The club runs programmes at several levels, including Academy and Hobby groups that each train twice a week, and is operated by Movement&Breaking, z. s.[3] In 2026 Pentifull gave a podcast interview about building an online breaking community.[3]
