About The Creative REI

Members get trainings and breakdowns of real deals, with lessons on finding motivated sellers and on structuring and closing deals.[2] It also explains subject-to, seller-finance and wrap deals, and the site lists help with structuring deals, coaching on seller conversations and support up to the closing table.[3]

Pena also offers selected members more in-depth mentorship and help with individual deals.[3] A six-hour live session with Pena and TCREI that the site promoted in October 2026 covered sourcing deals, seller pipelines, contracts and deal structures, and live seller calls.[3] The group's YouTube channel teaches creative real estate strategies and follows deals from finding them through to the closing table.[4]

Joining is free until the community reaches 500 subscribers.[2] The site states: "Results are not guaranteed. Real estate investing involves risk."[3] The site and its programs are open only to people aged 18 or over who can legally enter contracts.[3]
