About Private Money Raisers Club

The curriculum has two courses: a beginner course of 10 modules on raising private money and an intermediate 13-module course called Private Money Kickstart.[1] Members also get a list of five places to raise private money, a pitch deck creation process, a 3-step private money methodology and new weekly content.[1]

The operator's YouTube channel covers the same subject: finding private money lenders, building a network of them, pitching deals to potential PMLs, handling PML rejection and managing lenders systematically.[2] The channel points viewers to the free private money raising coaching course.[2] In a promotional announcement, American IRA said it would host an educational webinar featuring Amir Khan, described as a real estate investor, mentor and coach focused on private money lending and on using self-directed retirement accounts to generate cash flow.[3]
