Members get direct access to advisers such as lawyers, accountants and mortgage brokers, and in-person meetups in cities including Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal and Halifax.[1] Rental specialists from RentalConsulting.com host weekly live Masterclass calls.[1] Private Clients also receive training on deal analysis, finding deals, financing, renovations, and property and financial management.[1]

RentalConsulting.com works with Canadian investors buying multi-family rentals through the BRRRR method and creative financing, from a first property to the next one.[2] The firm also runs a private mastermind.[2] Oickle ran a home maintenance company before moving into real estate investing, and set up the firm to help Canadians avoid common pitfalls when investing in rentals.[2]
