About Elite Agent Mastermind

The community is organised around four pillars: systems, sales, marketing, and technology including AI.[1] Accountability runs through a set of non-negotiables and tactical coaching calls.[1]

Skar's business, UP Coaching, offers real estate coaching and consulting on systems, technology, lead generation and building stronger businesses.[3] Its programmes are one-on-one coaching, one-on-one AI consulting and group coaching for realtors across Canada and the United States.[4] It also publishes the Friday FIRE Newsletter and free guides, including the Digital Mayor PLAYBOOK on using Instagram to build an agent's local profile.[4] Skar was one of the first coaches hired for a Re/Max coaching program while a realtor with Re/Max Kelowna, and has coached since 2013.[5]
