About 9Mile Marathon Running Coach

Inside are training schedules for the 5k, 10k, half and full marathon, video courses, group Q&A calls and member progress updates.[1][2] Kort's YouTube channel offers marathon training for age-group runners and also covers triathlon, Hyrox and other endurance events.[2] On the channel, Kort says the system is meant to save time and avoid injury and overload fatigue, and mentions becoming World Champion Ironman 70.3.[2] A second channel carries the 9Mile Marathon running and fitness system under the brand's name.[3]
