About Somawise: Connect to Your Body

Members get short lessons and guided sessions, and new members start with a free 28-Day Stillness Challenge.[1] The Premium tier adds live calls, Q&A and masterclasses, along with the full pathway, practices and live support.[1] Price increases apply to new members only, so existing members keep their rate, and entry is through a waitlist while the community opens slowly.[1]

The Somawise Healing Lab's professional training blends theory, experiential learning and somatic practice, and its retreats are built around slowing down and reconnecting with the body.[2] The practices it draws on include meditation, breathwork, TRE, yoga and thermal stress exposure.[2] The lab's site names Luke Sniewski as the author of the book Somawise, which it presents as a practical framework for reading the body's messages, and notes an interview with Sniewski on Antena 3 CNN.[2] Sniewski's own site offers wellbeing coaching and somatic therapy, the Somatic Immersion Retreat and Somawise Online, an online journey of reconnecting with the body, under the company name NuMind Limited.[3] A YouTube channel with the line "Get out of your head. Get into your body." links to the community.[4]
